I was helped by Holly! She was the sweetest! She handled my manicure and pedicure! She helped me get a fun girly design that still went with my dress. Honestly made me feel well tended to and I smiled through the whole experience! Lisa hooked up my girls with their acrylics! And they look amazing! Tammy took care of mama bears mint green manicure and pedicure! They shared some giggles and had fun! I had previously made a reservation at a nearby salon. Upon arriving, they had no note of my booking on their list and after showing them their text reminders they told me I’d have to wait because they were too full. We called nearby places and Luxe Nails and Spa had the availability at the time we desired. They were all amazing ladies! And we all felt helped and happy! Thank you so much ladies! ~ Xia M

Lux Nails and Spa is by far the BEST salon I have ever been to. I cannot say enough about Justin other than he is an absolute ARTIST. Just look at the stunning cranberry-to-black ombre sparkle nails he did for me (see photo). I get numerous compliments from customers all day at my job -- I just LOVE them. Going to Lux Nails and Spa is a treat I look forward to every few weeks... it's good for my soul. Do yourself a favor and check them out, (and don't forget to tell Justin, "Louise sent me"). UPDATE: Justin has relocated so I'm now having Tien work her magic on my nails -- absolute perfection! Plus this is by far the friendliest salon with the BEST prices anywhere. 2/13/26 Edit: if Flower isn’t available, Tien is phenomenal! This is my forever nail salon! I came in today at 4:15pm and was waking out at 5:00pm after a fill with design. They were so incredibly patient and kind with a group of women who broiling their VERY loud children, and were not very kind in the way they were talking amongst themselves. The staff here handled is so well, and were so friendly, patient and kind to everyone. If I could give higher stars I would! 1/31/26 Flower was the phenomenal!!!! She was so sweet, gentle and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my nails. I love them so much, and will be coming back for sure!!!! My friend and I showed up as walk-ins Monday for a mani-pedi. This was a last minute treat for me, as I am due to have a baby on wednesday. The atmosphere was nice and we were greeted immediately and asked what treatment we wanted. We were then directed to the pedicure seats. The ladies did everything to make sure we were comfortable, including offering us drinks and checking that the water temperature was good. The mani-pedi itself was excellent. I chose the milk and honey scrub pedicure which included a hot stone massage and the hot wax which was amazing. The ladies were polite and easy to have a conversation with. I would definately come here again and I am already planning to bring my mother-in-law there soon. ~ Gayle S

Everytime I walk in, at least 2-3 people greet me with a warm welcoming! They sit me as soon as possible, offer me a free drink of my choice and make me feel relaxed as soon as I sit down. They always take their time with any of the work they do on you and they are always double checking for perfection! I especially enjoy getting my pedicure down by Fairy! She is my girl when I come in. She is so great at her work, communicating and has an artsy hand. She makes sure that my feet are healthy and taken care of Everytime. She even gives the best massage!! I definitely recommend Lux nail right by Alderwood mall. And to add on, everyone here is funny and makes you feel like family ~ Maliyah H

I booked a manicure and pedicure, and the whole experience was relaxing, professional, and beautifully done. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and they made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The nail technician Mia manicure and Vicky pedicure was gentle, detailed, and truly skilled—my nails look absolutely perfect! The spa is clean, modern, and has such a calming vibe. Under new management!!! I'm so sad this place doesn't have higher reviews because the new people absolutely deserve 5 stars! (Sort reviews by new and only read the ones starting in August!) They moved here from Woodinville, and I will happily continue driving the extra 30+ mins to see them in their new location. I've gotten dip nails done at so many places, and I'm telling you, this place is the best. I am rough on my hands, and my nails last 3-4 weeks with none or very minimal chipping, which hasn't been true anywhere else I've tried. They are the only people allowed to do my nails since I first went there almost 2 years ago. They go out of their way to make sure you're happy with your experience and have amazing attention to detail. They also don't use the UV light for dip nails! Only place I've been to that doesn't, and I appreciate it so much. I never write reviews, but I really love this place! ~ Elissa R

It was my first time going to this nail salon and it’s my new favorite! Fancy vibes walking, greeted and treated with care and love. Very friendly and sweet staff. Online I chose lily and Jennifer but they were busy when I got there which was okay, I had Fairy and Bonnie and they were so good!! Very good with shaping and precision. All their staff is good so it honestly doesn’t matter really who you choose! Love those girls. One glass of free wine, and prices and services are better than a lot of places along with the cleanliness and professionalism. First comer discounts!! ~ Angela C

Came in 30 min before closing on a Friday night-- I thought I was 45 min but didn't realize traffic ate up some time. Nevertheless, they sat me down right away with Lucy. My nails are really really short- they chip constantly and one of them is injured (almost removed the entire nail with a butter knife doing dishes) super short right now Lucy took so much care in shaping my non existent nails and removing cuticles. I got shellac and the color I chose was really gummy. Lucy did several light layers and took her time doing so. She was being told to hurry up by someone (looked like a carpool buddy) but she seemed more concerned with making sure my nails looked good. She did an amazing job, I really appreciated her taking her time it was not expected considering I came in pretty late. My nails look way better than when I came in, I felt good leaving and was comfortable the whole time. I will be recommending this salon to friends n family.. will be back for sure! ~ Victoria

I went for the regular classic pedicure on December 11 and I wanted no gel and natural nail and Jennifer was incredibly incredibly amazing. She really listened to my concern and when I told her I wanted a gentle pedicure, she didn’t rushed at all and it made my experience very easy and trustworthy to come back next time. Also, the 15% discount for the first time Customer is great and they gave me the coupon in my next visit which is highly worth the price. I highly recommend this service for others. First time coming here and I'll definitely be coming back. Lily and Jenefer did a great job on my nails. They both paid extra attention to the shape, my cuticles and dry bottoms of my feet. When I wanted something different with my polish after seeing it on, they had no problem removing it and starting fresh. It's airy, not stuffy and smelling like chemicals. They offer wine too - major bonus! I've been hunting for a quality nail salon in the area and think I've found it. I visited Lux Nails to get my engagement nails done, and overall it was a great experience. The salon is clean, well-organized, and everything runs in a very systematic manner. I had made a reservation in advance, but still had to wait a bit since all the nail techs were busy.. though it was understandable given how popular the place is. They offer a nice selection of complimentary beverages, which was a lovely touch. I showed them my inspiration photo, and they nailed it! The end result was exactly what I had envisioned. Always a delightful experience! Everyone here is so sweet and attentive, and I've literally never had a bad, or poorly done service. I've gotten full sets of acrylic nails here, but nowadays I get dip manicures due to my job + glove wearing, and I've not been to a salon with such a HUGE selection of colors and glitters. I only get glitter dip (cuz it's fun) but they have a million other colors. Can't say too much on the pedicures as I've been here twice with big groups, but I appreciate that they used liners for the foot bath and had new pumice blocks for my heels. ✨️✨️✨️ ~ Sarah W

This is my third time getting my Builder Gel filled here and they do a FANTASTIC job each time! I’ve had both Flower and Bonnie work on my nails and they are both so awesome! Just super nice, very professional, efficient, and detail oriented people. My nails always look great when I leave here (I even get compliments) and the work that Flower and Bonnie do lasts over three weeks for me. If you’re looking for a nail salon that focuses on precision rather than getting clients in and out as quickly as possible then Lux Nails and Spa is your place to go. I finally found a place that cares about their work and makes sure the costumer leaves happy. I’m ok with spending a little extra time in the salon if that means I leave happy and satisfied each time. I drive all the way from South Seattle to get my nails done by Kevin. I called Lux Nails for a last-minute pedicure and they were able to get me in within 30 minutes, which I really appreciated! The salon was clean, the staff was friendly, and my pedicure turned out beautiful. They also have an electric foot file so they were able to get my feet super smooth as I had a couple of calluses that needed help. It was a very relaxing experience and the salt scrub and massage lotion smelled so good! I’ll definitely be coming back! ~ Erika C

Lucy did such a wonderful job on my pedicure! I have some bad blisters on my toes from my new heels, and she was so gentle with them and they were not hurt or scrubbed off at all. She painted my tiny, almost non existant toe nails perfectly, and she was incredibly sweet and nice. The spa is clean, well kept, will work hard to make sure you enjoy your time, and doesn’t feel like a “fast spa”. Great service! Friend also got a gel x mani and loved it! ~ Taryn K

Lux Nail Salon is a good place to get your nails done. Tien and Cindy do a great job, and the salon itself is clean and welcoming, with a wide range of services. I left with beautifully done nails, which I really appreciated. However, they seem to overbook often, which can leave you waiting well past your appointment time. I think they could improve by implementing a better scheduling system or hiring a receptionist to manage appointments more efficiently. ~ Marcy A

If you like nail art this is the place. The massage chairs for Pedicures are older but are clean and well-maintained. Lots of options for types of mani and pedi. A little overwhelming but they have a menu. Plus close to the mall and lots of restaurants to really make a day of it! They have the most colors and finishes of any place I have been. I like shorter nails all the same color but my daughter loves long nails with lots of art so we found a place where we are both happy. ~ Kimberly F

Tien was amazing. Sweet and she takes her time to make them perfect. I always had trouble finding a good salon, finding a good salon that can do good acrylic nails is difficult. The shape or design is never what i want or they rush too fast. but this place is amazing. Tien is very precise and detail oriented. Update: Went in today for my Christmas nails. I love them and Tien. She is the best! I can not prise Cam enough. She has been doing my nails for a few years now. I love statement nails. Cam hand paints the design. She never disappoints. So much so that I followed her from the Woodinville shop to Lux Nails in Lynnwood. Any idea that I bring her she says yes with a smile and they always end up better than expected. I highly recommend her and the shop as a whole. ~ Danna M

Lovely experience, beautiful, quick, very nice and friendly! I got my nails done with gel x on Saturday and by Wednesday I had a few nails pop off. Now I usually get full set of acrylic so I’m unsure if the issue is because of the gel x or if there maybe just wasn’t enough glue. Lux replied to this issue via this review within two hours of my post and were so unbelievably kind and professional! I got to go in and get the whole set fixed!
